AROMA Bursa Meyve Suları ve Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. was established on 1968 in Gürsu district of Bursa on approximately 75.000 m² land.
In the company which was established with multi partners, Duruk Group bought the majority share in 1991 and took over the management. With the investment move started in 1991, the amount of fruits processed was increased every day and increased from 20.000 tons to 125.000 tons per year, and Aroma became one of the leading fruit juice filling facilities.
AROMA Bursa Meyve Suları ve Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. which produces fruit juice, natural spring water and carbonated drinks has a wide product range. There is semi-finished products (fruit concentrate and puree) and finished products production in its Integrated Facility.
Aroma made important contributions to beverage sector since it was established. It created a brand new category by producing and presenting to consumers the first 100% fruit juice in Turkey. It was the first brand to manufacture Fruit Juice in 1 Liter Glass Bottle Packaging. Following these innovations, it again manufactured the first multivitamin mixed fruit juice in Turkey and led the market. It continues to be a pioneer and leader in the sector.

Our Facilities
Aroma Gürsu Bursa Facilities
The factory which is established on 75.000 m2 area in Gürsu district of Bursa is an integrated facility with lines to process semi-finished products and finished products.
The facility whose total fruit processing capacity is 125.000 tons; has the capacity to process 750 tons of apple, 400 tons of sour cherry, 400 tons of peach and apricot daily.
In the aseptic puree tanking unit with 3.120 tons capacity, there is 66 30-tons tanks and 57 20-tons tanks.
Also, there is 4500 tons fully automated refrigerated tanking unit in order to store fruit juice concentrates.
There is 1000cc glass bottle filling line, 200cc glass bottle filling line, 200cc carbonated bottle filling line and cardboard box filling lines in the factory.
Aroma Bursa Derekızık Natural Spring Water Facilities
Aroma Ömer Duruk Natural Spring Water Facilities which is affiliated with Aroma Meyve Suları Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. started production on 2004. The facility which is located mountain foot of Uludağ was built on 50.000 m2 open area as 10.000 m2 closed area.
0,33 liter, 0,5 liter, 1,5 liters, 5 liters plastic bottle, 330 ml and 750 ml glass bottle and 19 liters carboy filling is done with natural spring water which comes from the spring located at 2.020 meters height of Uludağ.
Also, we expanded our machine park on 2020 to establish 330cc tetra Prism aseptic packaging line. In the with 900 pieces/hour package capacity, 300cc Natural Spring Water and 330cc Functional waters are filled into aseptic cardboard boxes for the first time in Turkey.
Aroma Ömer Duruk Natural Spring Water, which is rich in terms of the minerals it contains, has 8.15 pH value, is healthy, tasty and easy to drink, is filled with fully automated machines, without human touch, under hygienic conditions which are in line with international standards.
