Mini Champions of the Net are determined!

Kids Mini Volleyball Turkey Championship” held in Turkey for the first time between May 25-29 2010 is completed. The teams of Manisa Salihli Alparslan Elementary School amd Adana Seyhan Bahcelievler Elementary School became the champions in the Championship in which 8 girls and 8 boys teams from 11 provinces competed. Within the context of the project which was executed by Turkish Volleyball Federation and the Ministry of National Education with the contribution of and Aroma, festivals were organized in 81 provinces last year with the distribution of mini volleyball kits for the first time and volleyball was introduced to the participating kids. This year “Kids Mini Volleyball Turkey Championship” was held for the first time in Karaman between May 25-29 2010 with the participation of 8 girls teams and 8 boys teams from 11 provinces selected as a result of the mini volleyball festivals performed at 81 provinces. Students born in 98-99 participated in the organization which is not only performed to compete but to enable the students to get to know and like volleyball and learn while having fun. The championship hosted by Karaman witnessed colorful and contestable matches for 5 days and watched by a crowded audience. The teams which ranked the first four were awarded by cups granted by Ministry of National Education and Turkish Volleyball Federation. Aroma gave presents to all participating kids and also awarded the temas which ranked the first four in the competition. It is aimed to carry on with the organization in the coming years.
