Semifinished Products And Natural Aromas

Fruits and vegetables that have been processed on semi-finished product lines of Aroma in Bursa and Karaman are as follows: Apple, peach, apricot, sour cherry, strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, quince, cornelian cherry, rosehip, white grapes, red grapes, pear, carrot, tomato, black carrot.

At process stage, natural aromas of these fruits have been taken, then stored in barrels or cold storage. While total annual fruit processing capacity of two facilities in Bursa and Karaman is 225.000 tons, apple which is one of the mainly processed fruits has a processing capacity of 2050 tons, peach or apricot has a capacity of 1300 tons, sour cherry has a capacity of 1100 tons. For peach and apricot which are qualified as pulp products, there are two different units that can execute pulp and concentrated filling in packages that are in different volumes aseptically.

In both two facilities, there are full-automation cooled concentrate tanking units in total of 7000 tons. Besides facility in Bursa has 66 pieces of 30 tons tank together with 57 pieces of 20 tons tank in aseptic pulp tanking unit with a capacity of 3.120 tons.

Obtained fruit concentrate and pulp types are as follows: Clear apple juice concentrate, clear peach concentrate, peach pulp concentrate , apricot pulp concentrate, clear sour cherry juice concentrate, carrot juice concentrate, black carrot juice concentrate, strawberry juice concentrate, raspberry juice concentrate, pomegranate juice concentrate, quince juice concentrate, white grape juice concentrate, red grape juice concentrate, peach pulp, apricot pulp, tomato paste, quince pulp, Cornelia cherry pulp, rosehip pulp and pear pulp.
