Aroma Karaman Facility

In 14.000 m2 closed area of the factory established on 168.000 m² land, semi-finished products (concentrated fruit and fruit pulp) have been produced. Fruits and vegetables processed on semi-finished product lines are; apple, peach, apricot, sour cherry, strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, quince, Cornelia cherry, rosehip, pear, carrot, tomato, black carrot. Facility has processing capacity of  1300 tons/day apple, 600 tons/day sour cherry, 400 tons/day grape, 250 tons/day pomegranate, 700 tons/day peach or apricot, 400 tons black carrot, 150 tons carrot.

In the facility there are raw material silos in which 1.500 tons of apple with the purpose of concentrated apple production could be stored available. To the apple silos, 120 tons of apples per hour could be delivered with simultaneously two different discharging strings. Besides, there are clear concentrated fruit juice filling into the conic/cylindrical barrels and aseptic and closed non-aseptic bags systems available. As for pulp and concentrated pulp, filling is accomplished with steel barrels and into 1250 kg of large packages within aseptic bags. In the facility, there is a 3000 tons of full-automation cooled concentrated tanking unit available. This modern facility designed in accordance with HACCP rules has the opportunity of processing four different fruits simultaneously.
