The factory established on a 75.000 m2 area in Gürsu district of Bursa is a facility integrated with semi-finished (concentrated fruit and fruit pulp) and finished product processing lines. Fruits and vegetables processed on semi-finished product lines are apple, peach, apricot, sour cherry, strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, cornelian cherry, rosehip, pear, carrot, tomato, black carrot. Facility with a 100.000 tons of total annual fruit processing capacity; has daily processing capacity of 750 tons of apple, 500 tons of sour cherry, 600 tons of peach or apricot. For peach and apricot qualified as pulp products, it has two different units that can do filling of pulp and concentrate into packages with different volumes aseptically. In aseptic pulp tanking unit with a capacity of 3.120 tons, there are 66 pieces of 30 tons tanks and 57 pieces of 20 tons tanks. Besides for storage of concentrated fruit juice, there is a full-automation cooled tanking unit of 4000 tons available. In the factory, 1000cc and 200 cc glass bottle filling lines, a 200 cc carbonated bottle filling line and an aseptic carton box filing lines are available. At these filling lines daily 120.000 liters of 1000cc glass, 55.000 liters of 200 cc glass, 35.000 liters of 200 cc carbonated glass and 600.000 liters of aseptic carton box filling can be accomplished. At the unit on which carton box filling is performed, there are 10 pieces of filling machines available. Out of these filling machines; 3 pieces for 1000ml base –slim, 5 pieces for 200ml slim, 1 piece for 750/1000ml prisma, 1 piece for 200/250ml prisma production.

Product types are; sour cherry, apricot, peach, orange, mixed, apple, pomegranate, pineapple, tomato, grape, pomegranate-apple, sour cherry-apple, apricot-apple, peach-apple, strawberry-apple, orange-apple, lemon-apple and peach-apple ice teas and lemonade. As for carbonated productions; raspberry flavored, orange and tangerine types of the product variety. Products are released to the market with brand names Aroma, Aroma Ice Tea, Aroma Limonata(Lemonade), Aroma Tropical, Aroma Meltem and Meyöz. In filling units, annually 1 billion bottles of production and sales have been planned in total.

The Aroma Ömer Duruk Natural Spring Water Facility of Aroma Fruit Juices and Foodstuff Industry Inc. started production in 2004 in its factory located on the skirts of the Mount Uludağ.

The facility was built on a piece of land measuring 50.000 m², inside which a covered structure of 10.000 m² was erected.

The filling up of 0,5 lt., 1,5 lt., 5 lt. and 8 lt. pet bottles and 19 lt polycarbonates realized with the natural spring water from a spring on the Mount Uludağ, 2020m high up.
